Judge gives friendly rebuke to Householder during jury selection

Larry Householder arrived at the courthouse last week carrying a box labeled “Juror Questionnaires.” He then helpfully volunteered to distribute them to jurors. “That’s very thoughtful, Larry, thank you,” said presiding Judge Timothy S. Black.

But five minutes into jury screening, Judge Black noticed something odd about the questionnaires and asked to get a closer look. The bailiff carried the box up to the bench.
